Who runs this site

Crewless, Sweden. Our legal name and organisation number will be added here. For anything about your data, write to hello@crewless.se.

What this site does not do

• No sign-up or account. The request form only emails your message to us.
• No cookies of our own. Our host Cloudflare sets one short-lived security cookie, cf_clearance, to tell people from automated traffic.
• No advertising and no tracking across other websites.
• Fonts and our own scripts are served from this site.

Measuring visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how often, where visits come from (the referring site), the visitor's country and how fast pages load. Cloudflare adds a small script for this. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We see combined numbers, not individual visitors.

What stays in your browser

If you switch language, your browser saves one value, lang (en or sv), in local storage so the site can remember your choice. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. See Cookies for how to remove it.

Language on the home page

When you open the English home page (/) and have not chosen a language, a small script reads your browser's language setting. If it is Swedish, you are sent to the Swedish home page (/sv/). This happens only in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent unless you click SV or EN.

If you use the request form

The form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, an optional organisation, a topic and your message. When you send it, our website turns it into an email to our inbox, through Cloudflare Email Routing. The website does not store the form or keep a copy.

We use the details only to reply and keep the conversation going, and handle them like any email to us (below). The form has a hidden field that only automated programs fill in, and it checks how quickly it was sent, to stop spam; neither uses cookies or identifies you.

If you use the feedback survey

The survey on our feedback page asks what your answer is about, what was unclear, what would make our work useful to you, and an email address only if you want a reply. There is no name field.

Leave the email blank and the answer reaches us with no sender: we have no way to know who you are, and no way to reply. As with the other forms, the website stores nothing and the answer exists only as an email to our inbox, which we delete 12 months after the last message.

If you request a Sann Bostad report

The Sann Bostad form asks for your name, email address, the address of the home you are considering, and optionally its type, a viewing or bidding date, the listing link or text and your question. We use these only to prepare your report and email it to you.

To research the report we use AI tools from Anthropic; we share the home's address, the listing text and your question with them, not your name or email address. We look up only public information about the place, never about its owners or residents. We delete your request and report 12 months after we send the report, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

If you email us

When you write to hello@crewless.se, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply and to keep the conversation going. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the email to our inbox; Cloudflare does not keep the message.

We delete the conversation 12 months after the last message, unless a continuing collaboration or the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver each page, Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, processes technical request data, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type. We do not use this data to identify you or to follow you across pages.

Changes

If this changes, we will update this page first and change the date above.
