How it works
- Paste an address or the listing text. We never copy from Hemnet or Booli.
- We check the public record. Zoning plans within 500 m and their stage, official forecasts, flooding, ground and noise. Each item has a source and a date.
- You get one clear report with questions for the estate agent, and what we could not check marked plainly.
- You set your limit. A bidding companion turns your loan approval and budget into a ceiling before the bidding starts. It never bids for you.
