It is not a program yet. Sann is the rule set behind our products: every check names the rule it applies, the source it came from, the date we read it, and what it does not settle. The rule is published before the code is written.

The rule. 7 a § prisinformationslagen (1991:601): when a trader reduces a price, it must state the lowest price it applied to that product in the 30 days before the reduction. If the price was lowered in steps, the price before the first reduction is the one to state. Source: Konsumentverket’s guidance on price reductions, read 17 October 2026.
