The rules this checks against
Price wording. 7 a § prisinformationslagen (1991:601): when a trader reduces a price, it must state the lowest price it applied to that product in the 30 days before the reduction. If the price was lowered in steps, the price before the first reduction is the one to state. Source: Konsumentverket’s guidance on price reductions, read 17 October 2026.
Green wording. Not a Swedish rule yet. Directive (EU) 2024/825 has applied across the EU since 27 September 2026, but Sweden has not legislated and Konsumentverket says it is awaiting national law. We screen the wording. We do not say it is unlawful.
